Healing happens when we care for the whole person, not just what’s visible.

Why Dimension 3?
Our name is inspired by a clinical framework that looks at health through multiple dimensions — because wellness is never just one thing. Dimension 3 focuses on emotional, behavioral, and cognitive well-being: the inner world that shapes how we feel, relate, and grow.

At Dimension 3 Wellness, we believe that’s where meaningful therapy begins. When your emotions, thoughts, and experiences are met with care and curiosity, true change can take root.

This name reflects our commitment to looking at the whole person, not just symptoms, but context, history, and growth.

Our Team

Matt Long, LADC, LPCC

Clinical Lead | Dimension 3 Wellness

I’m a dual-licensed mental health professional — a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) — with a Master’s degree from the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School. My clinical work focuses on supporting individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and relationship dynamics.

While addiction work is a clinical focus of mine, this is not the only service I provide. I also provide general mental health counseling services. Other areas of focus are trauma, anxiety, depression and mood disorders.

What sets my approach apart is lived experience. I’ve been sober since November 2016, and my own journey through mental and chemical health recovery has shaped not just how I practice — but why I do this work. I bring empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for each person’s path because I’ve walked one too.

Whether working individually or in groups, my goal is to create a safe, collaborative space for growth, reflection, and movement forward. I believe that healing happens when we’re met with compassion, and that therapy works best when it honors the full complexity of your story.
